    The initial hypnosis meetings, and those that followed, were more successful than I could have ever imagined. For approximately three months I collected our data. His ability to recall memories came just as easily as opening a window to a specific time in his past. Memories, details, and emotions also flooded him upon waking from the hypnotic state, and sometimes even days later.

    During the sessions, he spoke in a soft voice as if talking was a difficult chore. Mike was a wonderful subject;very visual and able to go back in time to pick up impressive amounts of clear details, including vivid accounts of his everyday surroundings in Rensselaer, Indiana.

    The information in this book about John Arthur McDonald and Elsie Wilkins was gathered over the course of approximately eight of these regression sessions.

    The inspiration for this book was created by a couple who met and experienced several meaningful coincidences in their new relationship. To uncover if they were soul mates or to discover if they ever met in another life they turned to hypnosis. The initial past life regression sessions and those that followed were more successful than either of them could have imagined.
